Bethesda is located in southern Montgomery County in Maryland, just Northwest from Washington DC. Bethesda has won awards such as #1 on Forbes Magazine's list of ‘America's most educated small towns' (Jan 2009) and #11 on CNNMoney.com's list of "Top-earning American towns" (July 2008). It is also home to the National Institute of Health, Bethesda Naval Medical Center and Marriott International as well as several others.
The Bethesda area has a host of housing options. From high-rise condos near the downtown center where Wisconsin Ave meets East-West Hwy and Old Georgetown Road; to larger single-family homes; Bethesda has it all.
